Software License

Jobbital is operated by Kausora Technologies Limited.

This License Agreement governs your use of the Jobbital software application and related services.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, Jobbital grants you a:

  • Non-exclusive license
  • Non-transferable license
  • Revocable license

to use the Jobbital software for personal, non-commercial job search and career management purposes.

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Access and use the platform from any compatible device or browser
  • Use all features included in your subscription
  • Export your own data from the application
  • Share job listings with others (where permitted)

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • Remove any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the software for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Sublicense, sell, or transfer your license to others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data

Subscription Terms

Standard Plan

  • Full access to all features

  • Comprehensive analytics dashboard
  • Secure cloud-based storage with encryption

Subscription fees are billed monthly or quarterly. You may cancel anytime, and a 7-day money-back guarantee applies.

Updates and Modifications

  • We may update the software periodically
  • Updates may be required to continue using the service
  • New features may be added or removed at our discretion

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you:

  • Breach any terms of this agreement
  • Cancel your subscription
  • Request account deletion

Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies.

Ownership

The software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Jobbital. This license does not grant you any ownership rights.

Third-Party Components

The software may include third-party libraries and components, each subject to their own license terms.
